OTIS Brewing Co combines unique flavours with quirky characters and brings beer lovers a range of boutique craft beers that must be experienced. Five boutique beers (and seasonal brew) are brewed onsite at OTIS and can be enjoyed on tap 7 days straight from the Bar.

With Happy Hour every Friday and Saturday night from 4pm-6pm, you must visit the OTIS Brewing Co and try our award-winning beers.

	The Pug's Pale Ale BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - For excellence in Pale Ales (2016 Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show) BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - Golden Lagers - Pilsner Style (2017 Royal Agricultural Society Beer & Cider Festival) Man’s best friend and loyal to the traditional pale ale essence. The Pug descends from Australian & European malt combined with UK Fuggles hops. He’s not just a smooth talker but a smooth taste too. Alc. 4.9% \| Midi $6 \| Sch $9
	The Original Ghost Lager He’s haunting, he’s chilling and he tastes as earthy as the ground he was buried beneath. With a pinch of spice, citrus and a bit of a floral polish the Ghost is everything a craft lager should be. Alc. 4.9% \| Midi $6 \| Sch $9
	The Sly Fox Amber Ale SILVER MEDAL WINNER - For excellence in Amber & Dark Ales (2016 Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show) BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - Amber & Dark Ales (2017 Royal Agricultural Society Beer & Cider Festival) The Amber fur is born from pale malts combined with Munich and cara red with roast chocolate malt. OTIS’ Sly Fox is a posh Brit with a slight New Zealand hops heritage. His Ale flavour is as fiery as his fur. Alc. 4.9% \| Midi $6 \| Sch $9
	The Broken Antler Hefewiezen A slick suit and silver tongue are enough to make any mammal swoon. His wit may outshine his unfiltered Wheat Beer and barley flavoured malts, however his subtle banana aroma and low bitterness make him an easy drink all year round. Alc. 4.9% \| Midi $6 \| Sch $9
	The Mad Boar Pilsner BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - Pale Ales (2017 Royal Agricultural Society Beer & Cider Festival) He is as rough as they come. With eyes as crimson as cara red malts and his straw colouring, he is clearly not the prettiest of the bunch. He is your classic German style beer with a hint of spice.
