Andrew brings passionate creativity and a touch of zing to all his dishes offering seasonal delights and fresh ingredients to all his plating. Featuring OTIS' signature award-winning hand-selected Schottlander Wagyu and an array of locally sourced produce, Andrew & his team are delighted to prepare unique and flavoursome meals for OTIS patrons.  

OTIS' dining options offer everything from buffet breakfast to bar snacks and all-day dining light meals, Lunch and Dinner, to High Tea (available 7 days - bookings required).

Complete your night out at THE CUBE Campbelltown located adjacent to the Hotel, with a superb 2 or 3 course meal at OTIS Grill before the Show.
